Along with my professional achievements, another great source of pride for me is my family. I am the mother of two daughters, Katina and Ronica, and a grandmother
to six. Katina and her husband, Chip, both work the family's business BB Electric. Katina and Chip have three daughters,
Jessie, Kaila, and Hailey. My daughter Ronica is married to Ronnie, and their children are Taylor, Chase and Kami. Ronnie is the body shop manager at Brown’s
Jaguar in Midlothian, VA and Ronica is the Supervisor at Bon Secours Richmond Health Systems Business Office.
I am originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, where my father, Earl Herndon was a highly respected business man and did well by his family. My mother currently
resides in the West End of Richmond. My brother, Earl Herndon, Jr. works for Winn's Hauling and is married to Joy Lee Herndon. Earl, Jr. is well known for
his passion for bowling. Their daughter Mariah is currently attending Virginia Commonwealth University, and will be graduating in December of 2007.
